Who are we?

Modern Manors LLC is owned and operated by Joseph (Joe) and Emily Bumgardner, a husband and wife team passionate about serving our local beach community. We have both been in our industries for years - Emily bringing 10+ years of cleaning expertise and Joe contributing 20+ years of construction experience. We take pride in adapting our experienced services to meet each client's unique needs.


When we're not working, we're spending time with our four kids on our homestead. We live locally to South Haven and love chasing the sunsets after spending time at South Beach or our other small beaches and grabbing food downtown.
