Modern Manors LLC is owned and operated by Joseph (Joe) and Emily Bumgardner, husband and wife team. We have both been in our industries for a while - cleaning 8+ years and construction 20+ years. We enjoy being able to provide our experienced services to our community. When we are not working, we are spending time with our two little boys and daughter. We live locally to South Haven and love chasing the sunsets after spending time at South Beach or our other small beaches and grabbing food downtown. 

Construction and cleaning have always been part time for us but we have made the decision to step it up a level and open our LLC and accept more clients. We are currently building a team of great people. Dustin, co manager of construction, has been working with Joe almost their entire construction career. They are quite the duo and can turn your home dreams into reality.  Nicole (Nikki), cleaning manager, has also been with us for a few years working side by side with Emily. She is a local as well and is one of the sweetest souls you will ever meet. Now that we have our head team established, we are working on building an awesome team of employees and contractors!
